  • Organized the public procurement system in the Pomeranian Voivodeship Marshal’s Office as the author of internal regulations, model tender documentation, resolutions and legal opinions.
  • Prepared and conducted several hundred public procurement procedures for supplies, services and construction works
  • Knowledge and experience in providing comprehensive legal services in the process of procedures for the award of a public contracts.
  • Chairman of several tender committees,
  • Represented the Ordering Party’s unit before the National Chamber of Appeals
  • Holder of a Law Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Torun and a Public Procurement Postgraduate at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk.
