With pro bono activity in mind, the National Public Procurement Study (NPRS) is being established. The mission of the foundation is to undertake scientific research and training workshops to improve the quality and transparency of the creation and application of public procurement law.

The preamble to the EU public procurement directives (2014 / 24EU and 2014 / 25EU) indicates that their aim is to facilitate access to public procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in line with the guidelines “Europe 2020 Strategy for smart, sustainable and favorable growth for social inclusion “.

Therefore, we will also focus on: 

  • promoting knowledge about legal regulations in the field of public procurement law;
  • taking actions to protect and support SMEs on the public procurement market.
  • training and promotion of public procurement among SMEs
