Multilingual lawyer with many years of experience specialized in providing legal services to foreign entities from the construction and financial industries in the area of public procurement and investment/construction process. He has implemented several infrastructural projects at the side of the Contractor from road sector.
- Daniel advises primarily with contract law: i.eg. reviewing or drafting subcontracting or consortium agreements, interpretation, modification or termination of contracts and change of subcontractors, direct payments for subcontractors and rescission of the agreements for construction works. .
- He has experience in providing legal services to projects co-financed by the European Union, especially including those based on FIDIC clauses (including claims)
- Legal representative in several dozen cases before the courts of common jurisdiction.
- PhD candidate at the Department of European Law and Comparative Legal Studies at the University of Gdańsk.
